Europe
founded in 2022
European Fashion Alliance is a membership based alliance founded in 2022 in which international fashion and textile organisations share experience and drive change in their sector. European Fashion Alliance empowers the fashion industry, its stakeholders and their activities, entrepreneurial creativity and innovation skills through advocacy and communication of the alliance of European Fashion Councils and like-minded organisations.
Working in-house at Copenhagen Fashion Week, Cramer was part of the founding group of people behind the European Fashion Alliance. Cramer first attended the EU Fashion Council Summit in Frankfurt on behalf of Copenhagen Fashion Week in March 2022, gathering 25+ leaders from the European fashion industry to create a common mindset and co-create a European Fashion Alliance. Together, via discussions and workshops, they defined the ambitions this collaboration could have in the transformation of the industry on a European level.
In June 2022, the European Fashion Alliance was officially formed and announced via The Business of Fashion (BoF) consisting of 24 organisations across the European fashion industry.
During Cecilie Thorsmark's maternity leave (Deputy Chairwoman, European Fashion Alliance and CEO, Copenhagen Fashion Week), Cramer participated in European Fashion Alliance board meetings on behalf of Copenhagen Fashion Week.
