The Official Opening Ceremony Spring/Summer 2022 was held at Thorvaldsens Museum and gathered 200 fashion industry leaders, counting international members of the press, buyers, editors, sponsors, Creative Directors from leading Nordic brands, fashion councils, and C-level Executives from other fashion weeks. 

In her role as Head of Brand Relations & Production at Copenhagen Fashion Week, Cramer organized the event from A-Z including visual event production, team management, venue scouting, securing and activating sponsors including main strategic partner, Zalando, coordinating with PR agency on guest management, creating the program, deciding on live-act and more.

The opening took place on 10 August 2021 at Thorvaldsens Museum in Copenhagen.
