Prior to launching Koaso Group in September 2024, Cramer was the Director of Partnerships & Special Projects at Copenhagen Fashion Week. After spending four years away from the organisation, Cramer re-joined Copenhagen Fashion Week in March 2021, and was responsible for establishing, innovating, and managing Copenhagen Fashion Week’s commercial and strategic partnerships across the globe. In June 2022, Cramer was behind the launch of CPHFW NEWTALENT, in close collaboration with Copenhagen Fashion Week's CEO - a programme established to nurture, develop and promote the next generation of brands.
Previously, Cramer led a design university program for emerging design talent in Japan and China, alongside managing strategic partnerships with international high-end brands as part of her two-year tenure at the world’s largest fur auction house, Kopenhagen Fur.
In 2020, Cramer graduated from ESCP Business School with an MBA degree specialized in International Management, building upon her Bachelor’s Degree in English & Organizational Communication from Copenhagen Business School (2012-2015).
